Born free at the Albert Hall

The Born Free Foundation (the best animal charity on the planet!) had a concert at the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate their 25th anniversary. I’d been invited to photograph the show so they can produce and publish a book of the event. Whilst shooting celebrities isn’t really my thing, I had an absolute hoot meeting and photographing the likes of Joanna Lumley, Graham Norton, Martin Clunes, Gabriella Cilmi and Peter Andre. We set up a mini studio backstage and shot candid portraits throughout the evening.

I was helped by Felicity Crawshaw, Pete Gowing and Ellie Logan who shot all the performance and red carpet stuff.

The book should be out by Christmas.
